Excellent service
I recently visited Pick 'n Pay Family Store in Umhlanga. They were unfortunately out of stock of the Cadbury's 80g whole nut chocolate. I spoke to a gentlelman, Dean and he promised to let me know when it would be in. I thought that would be the last I heard but no Dean called me and not only did he deliver the chocolate to the hotel but also included a free slab for the inconvenience! Wow briliant service. It is a pity my local Hypermarket at Northgate does not give the same excellent service...........
