Excellent Service!

<p>What a pleasant experience it was shopping at the P & P at Mall@Reds! I visited the store on the 30 June at around (18h00) and wanted to buy the microwave oven that was on special. However the assistance (Wayne) told me that it was sold out but asked me to continue shopping while he tries to locate one for me. He then looked around the store and when he couldn’t find one he told me to get a rain cheque. He even escorted me to the helpdesk. However while I was busy, he managed to find one and brought it to me, took me to the counter, got someone to assist me to get the payment done and only left when I was all sorted out. He did all this with such a pleasant attitude and with a smile. I was also assisted by the lovely lady at the help desk. She is always friendly and has such a pleasant attitude.</p> <p> The entire staff from the manager to the cashiers they all deserve a big thank you for making my shopping experience such a pleasant one. I always look forward to going to P&Pay due to the great service I always receive there. </p>
