Excellent people skills from a friendly cashier

I went to Pick 'n Pay at Cedar square and dropped a bottle of Mayonnaise as I was packing my trolley out at the till. Needless to say, the bottle broke and messed on the floor. I asked Lillian for a cloth and mentioned that I will pay for the bottle, and Lillian reassured me that I don't need to clean it up, and that it was an accident and that I wouldn't need to pay for it, but said I can quickly get another bottle to ring up. Even after i said numerous times that I will pay, she said that it was not necessary and that someone will clean up the mess and that I don't need to worry. She dealt with it in a way that made me feel sightly less embarrassed and awkward having dropped a bottle and making a mess. Please pass this compliment on to her and to her management team so they can be made aware of her excellent people skills.
