Excellent Customer Service Received!!

Good day,<br> I had a query on my Smart Shopper card/s and sent a query on Pick 'n Pay's website. Marise Brown responded via e-mail asking me to phone her (as she's been trying to get hold of me). I just want to say thank you to Marise for taking the time to go through my cards and points and figuring out what was where! She was professional throughout, patient when I needed to confirm details and at the end of the day my query was successfully resolved.
