Excellent Customer Service - on a Complaint

It is regrettably an all too fami**** story these days that the public seem to receive poor levels of customer care when dealing with with big retail store and supplier/manufactures, but I am happy to note that your company has dealt with my complaints as quickly and efficiently as possible and have kept me informed at each stage in writing of the progress of each of the complaints, particularly Thabisile whom, I believe fully comprehend customer service especially when it comes to complaints - although I was unreachable in most cases, but she persisted to ensure that this matter is resolved.
