Excellent customer service from Arnold

I have never, during my visits to any grocery store, come across a manager such as Arnold in Pick n Pay Stellenbosch Square. Always visible, always willing to assist, always ready for a chat about anything. He provides excellent customer service and have endeared himself to the surrounding community.

I firmly believe he is the big reason why so many customers return to this store, because they know ,should they encounter any issue, Arnold will be there to assist and he does it in the most friendly and professional manner. He has certainly sorted out many problems of mine. This behaviour of a manager is non-existent in many other large supermarkets.

He has also not been shy to lend any assistance for community projects or fundraising.

I hope Arnold receives recognition for the good work he is doing and for being such an excellent ambassador of the Pick n Pay brand.
