Excellent customer service at Pick N Pay Victory Park

A big shout out to Jeff, the manager at Pick n Pay Victory Park. He went personally to fetch an item for me from another store. This has never happened to me before in any store. I have been told which store has a particular item and then expected to go there myself to collect it. Jeff offered and I very gratefully accepted. This was excellent customer service.
