Excellent Customer Service at Pick n Pay Canal Crossing Branch

I would like to put on record the excellent service received from the Store Manager, Schalk Haarhoff and Modiegi Emily Mokhiti. Even though we are currently faced with this COVID19 Pandemic, Schalk went out of his way to secure items that they did not have in stock in any of the stores in Potchefstroom and he managed to source it from the Hypermarket in Klerksdorp. Emily is always helpful, cheerful and kept me updated on the progress in securing my goods. Schalk and Emily create a friendly and helpful atmospher at the Canal Crossing Branch that not only retains customers but keeps them coming back. It is refreshing that a promise they make is one that they keep! Thumbs up and Thank You! Schalk, Emily and team!! They deserve to be recognised and rewarded.
