Excellent customer service and going the extra mile

I would to thank Tsakane (didn't get her surname) front line supervisor for going the extra mile making sure that I left the shop happy. I was supposed to be given a rain check for the item that was out of stock in shelves but she insisted on going back of house and verify if the item that I was looking for was indeed out of stock and fortunately she managed to get some. This is a kind of behavior that a person would come across once in a lifetime.
