Excellent customer service - Above and Beyond

I recently filed a report on the atrocious service that my husband and myself have been getting in trying to convert his PicknPay Smart shopper points into Avios. After a struggle of months, I decided to contact head office and see if there would be someone will to help us. My call was forwarded to this lady and she immediately started working on the problem. In 3 days (a lot of calls later) all our troubles were over and we could eventually book the flights that we have been struggling to. Great job, thank you very much Mary-Anne! I hope your superiors receive this and give you a BIG FAT raise. If all the people in customer service had your work ethic SA would be a delightful place.
