Excellent customer service

I bought a bus ticket at pick n pay Tshwane and Charmaine helped me, she was knocking off but yet settled to help me and she was very friendly, and helpful thank u . On the day I was suppose to leave I lost my ticket went to Pick and pay andries , wow Duduetsa she is the manager helped me and we called Charmaine at pick n pay Tshwane she is was very helpful. Thank u ladies for u're outstanding customer service and I won't forget what u did to me, am forever great full.
