Excellent Customer Service
I would like to thank you Avril [E Service manger ] and Thabo Nqhayi [assistant Store manager] at pick n pay for taking the time and by all means trying to resolve my problem that i had with my cheque account.. i want them to keep up good work as much as this was not an error on their side but by all means they tried their utmost best to help me get my money back from Standard bank. Thank you for the good service you gave me today i do hope that Managers from other retail stores will learn a thing or two..
