Excellent Customer Service

Early March 2024, I was in Pick n Pay Clothing Centurion Mall, as I wanted to exchange my daughter's dungaree dress that she had received for her 8th birthday celebration.

I was warmly received by the customer service agent Mohau Khoza ***9

I was concerned as I had already exchanged the item for 11 years olds which still did not fit her, so I was now looking for ages 13 to 14 year old. I reluctantly asked him to check for sizes at other branches. He reassured me that he will help me find what I'm looking for.

He happily took on the task, and told me they had one item in store and he quickly went to the storeroom a few minutes later he had the right size item I was looking for. I was so happy and satisfied with about the service he provided. What's worse is I didn't have the slip after exchanging a couple of times struggling to find the right size.

This young man is a people's person and is very well placed in his position. I'll aways choose Pick n Pay clothing Centurion mall because of the excellent service, dedication, respect received at this store.
