Excellent customer service

I would like to appreciate Unathi from Pick n Pay Clothing Mall of Africa for her excellence customer service, I had a complaint based on the experience I received from the lady, but when I got to the teller as I was still upset with the experience I had, very bubbly, nice smile, friendly lady, she was willing to go extra mile to assist, it felt like it was a different store as the previous lady was very rude and not willing to help. I even forgot of the incident that incident. We need more ppl like her who value customers and willing to assist as I wanted to purchase via pay just now, my app did not want to open due to network, but she was very patient and understanding as well. With a nice smile, I was even calmer cause of the way she handle the matter, she did not rust me, I wish the other lady can learn something from her. This are the ppl we need and appreciate and acknowledge they excellent work.
