Excellent Customer Service

Good day,

Yesterday when I went to Pick n Pay I was pleasantly surprised. I just wanted to say what a wonderful parcels counter employee you have at the Pick n Pay Pan Africa Mall. His name is Senzo and He was so friendly and greeted very customer with a smile and when I got my parcels back He gave them to me and wished me well while greeting the next customer in the Que waiting to hand him her parcels. I must say He is an asset and valuable person to to Pick an Pay and He put a smile on my face. And for that I think that He should be hired on a permanent basis not just as a temp. We need more employee like him, and I give him 10 out 10 for a job well done. :)
