Excellent Customer Service

<p>Good day.</p> <p> </p> <p>This morning I went shopping at Pick n Pay Tygervalley. I was really impressed with your Easter promotions. Unfortunately the Kerrygold 500g butter was sold out. I asked a staff member when new stock will arrive. Not only was the staff member informed, he immediately scanned and checked for stock in the warehouse. Then called a manager to find stock at other stores. She then phoned other chains to find stock, and then promised to keep these items for me when stock arrives, and if the promotion date has passed, she promised a rain check on the items. <br /><br />I was really impressed that you went to so much trouble to accommodate me. I was also very happy to find staff that are well informed, could speak both Afrikaans and English fluently and knew exactly how to assist. </p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you for amazing customer service! I really do feel valued and will certainly return!</p>
