Everything wrong at Mini Pick n' Pay Waterglen

For years I am observing what is happening to the Mini Pick n' Pay store at Waterglen. The store is a disgrace, no decent staff nor proper management. I wish they would close down, move out of our area and make space for a Spar. Many times I have logged complaints to the owner, the manager and head office - but still there is no improvement! The store only caters for one kind of people and it is certainly not my kind! They are constantly out of stock of about everything (basic groceries - not fancy stuff), their products are on the shelves and have passed the expiry date, one has to be careful at the tills since their specials are not registered and mostly their pricing is wrong anyway. I have spoken to so many managers over the years, all promised that they will revamp the store but it is just degrading more and more. Yesterday was the last straw, when they were out of stock of basic groceries, expired juices, no Aircon working, no manager around etc. I left the store without buying, been highly inconvenienced. This was the last time, I will NEVER EVER set foot in that terrible store again and I will gladly advertise their absolutely bad, unhygienic and pathetic service! Pls go!
