Even the ****a shop just outside Bela Bela is better

The closest supermarket to me (Cornwall) is unfortunately a pick n pay store. Since this store opened a few years ago they have gone downhill, and just to be clear, they did not start all the way at the top of the hill. On multiple occasions I have purchased products that were off. Their produce session is the worse, they constantly have rotten fruit or vegetables on their shelves, the floors and trolleys are always dirty. Each time I would take photos, speak to the manager, contact HQ and nothing ever improves. On the last occasion HQ actually send me an SMS with a case number which they closed a few days later, indicating that it is now resolved. What frustrates me about this is that PnP does not seem to have any control over franchised stores and they take up a retail space which could be used by Checkers or Spar. They just don't give a F really. If you don't like it go somewhere else.
