eskom billing is too high as compared to spar
I bought electricity thrice at pnp Midrand and Mall of Africa and I received +/-32.2 Kwh for each 100rand. I recently bought electricity at spar boulders, to my surprise I received 68.90kwh. for 100rand. Kindly assist as the discrepancy is unacceptable.
