Error in Pricing or Blatant Pick-Pocketing

Hello Peter,

In my opinion, Pick'n Pay offers the perfect balance between the low prices of Checkers and the quality of Woolworths. However, I am growing frustration with incorrect pricing at the various Pick'n Pay stores in my area.

On numerous occasions, I have arrived home with my shopping to realise that I have been over-charged on a regular item or cheated of an in store special that was boldly advertised on the shelf. I am then left with the option of accepting that I have been Pick-Pocketed, or wasting valuable time visiting the store again to wait for a refund of my money.

I am starting to question whether the Errors in Pricing are truly mistakes; especially considering how lucrative it appears to be for the store. I would like to see Pick'n Pay implement a system that does not enable their stores to benefit from their own "mistakes". If I am expected to review all 70 items on my shopping list to check whether I have been charged correctly, I expect a full refund of my shopping list if I have to go through the refund process after recognising that I have been incorrectly charged. This sounds a bit more fair... Pick'n Pay could fund this with the money Pick-Pocketed from other customers who are completely unaware that they have been cheated.
