Epitome of Excellence!

On Saturday 22 Feb 2026, my husband and I went out looking for a Dstv Explora Ultra decoder. The gent at at PnP Hyper East Rand Mall simply said they don't have stock and left it at that. We stopped at PnP Ravenswood in Boksburg and the 2 ladies at customer service was the epitome of excellent customer service! Zandile and Amanda went on their personal WhatsApp when the stores they were trying to call did not answer the landlines to get hold to source the decoder for us. After numerous phone calls, Zandile found stock for us at PnP Steeledale. A big shout out to her and Amanda for helping us and going the extra mile. Many a person in customer service can take a feather out of your hat! Keep up the exceptional attitudes. You are truly assets to the company!
