Epic Fail, Shocking Customer Service!!!!!
After waiting for 4 hours for a delivery that never came, then 40 minutes to get a response out of Mr Delivery, less than half my order can be delivered. It was packed by 13h30, I got the notification. Did they go and take stuff out of my bags again? How many peoples's hands have been through my food. It's been sitting on a counter for 4 hours, and I must accept it? WTH!

26 Feb 2023, 16:08This review should include the non-existent customer service at Mr Delivery. The call centre agents literally take the phone of the hook and wait for the customer to go away. How do I know this, I tried several times. There's no contact details on MrD's website, they don't want customer issues, not their circus evidently. After reaching out on about 10 platforms I finally got a bot response and when I rep**** to that email, was told that hey, fudge you customer, we don't respond to our customer service emails.
