Enough is enough

This morning(16-11-2023) at roundabout 09:00 I whent to get cigarettes at Pick n pay in Mountain Mill Shopping center, Worcester, Cape. As I approach the cigarette counter, the employee standing behind it glances over to me without even moving his head and continues with what ever he's busy with. When I stood in front of him he plainly ignored me for some time then, to make matters worse I started to look around to see a cashier dangling her hands at me then very rudely notioned towards one of the normal cash registers. When I asked for the manager they referred me to the same manager that I complained to twice before about the same damn issue and immediately knew that, it was a dead end street. (the "manager" was actually standing a few feet away) I hate complaining so, I hope it will be the last. Thank you.
