****en bad service I demand an answer NOW from PnP

I ordered on PnP asap app at 18:12 and it's now 20:40. I called their help line there was no answer sent them an email nothing. Worse is money is deducted no communication on what the **** is happening with my order. Extremely disappointed in their service. How do I get my refund since they not even replying to any of my messages and calls.
