EMPTY SHELVES ALWAYS!!!
Each and every time that i venture into a Pick n Pay store on the East Rand, the shelves are empty, the stores look atrocious. The worst of all is when they run their Birthday promos, advertising items on the front page, and do not have any stock of said items, from promo inception right through to the end date. I have so many rain cheques, for promo AND non promo items that i don't know if i will ever get to cash them in.
Pick n Pay must really be struggling to pay their bills, as i have been told by numerous stores, the reason for no follow up phone calls is that their phones are not working!
Excuses are plenty! Does management go on special courses in \Excuse training"?
This has been happening now for over a year and is completely unacceptable
Is this the company that Raymond Ackerman worked so many years to build up?

"""
