Empty Promises

I would just like to express my disgust and dissatisfaction with PNP Kenilworth!! On Sat 24th Aug 2024 , I placed an order with pnp asap service at 1.39pm to be delivered at a family members residence for a birthday party.

To My surprise arriving at their home after 5 in the evening still No order, called customer service to advise me it's the Kenilworth store and they aren't answering the phones but I can go collect there.

After spending a R300 on uber money out of kuilsriver to Kenilworth the store person we spoke to Ivan , promised us besides giving us the order my delivery fee would be reimbursed and would be compensated something additional for all the trouble as apparently the asap app was the issue for our order never being picked! Until this day pnp has reimbursed me a whole R35 for the delivery fee but has failed to see the principal behind my entire complaint, I am disgusted and will never use this service again, I will expose them on all social media platforms to express this experience and make family and friends aware that they do not take their customers complaints seriously being such a reputable company, pnp has left a bad taste in my mouth and I will never go back to using their service or any of their stores again!!

Thanks alot PNP Kenilworth for your disgusting service and empty promises you made to me in store just to get rid of me, I will spread the word and be sure to make people aware of your shady services!!!!
