Empty Promises

Bought Pick 'n Pay's Sun Sure SPF50 sunscreen from Pick 'n Pay, Durban. I am an avid Pick 'n Pay shopper because of their high standards maintained when it comes to customer service and the exceptional quality of their products, I had faith in the quality of Pick 'n Pay's Sun Sure SPF50 sunscreen and decided to buy it although the price was in the range as Nivea's and Every Sun's sunscreen. When I app**** the sunscreen I was very disappointed because Pick 'n Pay's Sun Sure was the same consistency as water, very runny, washed off easily and not effective. I was not satisfied with the quality of this product for the hefty price it cost me so I returned it at a Pick 'n Pay store closer to my residence in Jhb, as the product warranty at the back of the Sun Sure SPF50 sunscreen stated that Pick 'n Pay will exchange or refund if their product did not guarantee customer satisfaction. However my local Pick 'n Pay refused to accept or refund me for the Sun Sure SPF50 sunscreen. I am very disappointed at the level of service rendered by Pick n' Pay
