Empty promise

I drove to pick n pay dainfern square liquor shop for quote which I needed urgently and the gentleman by the name of Mooketsi took my details and promised to email me the quote before the end of business. I waited until I had to call several times and couldn't get hold of him, left a message for him still didn't get any help. I must say I am disappointed looks like they don't need my business I am not sure if they deserve my support.
