Employees throwing dried fruit at one another

at approximately 11am, I was shopping at Sun Valley Mall to witness a female employee throwing a packet of dried fruit at a male employee in the store near the isle where said product was to be found. It seemed she threw it pretty hard at him. Not sure if they were arguing, but the packet hit hard and hit the ground. Afterwards he picked it up and replaced it on the shelf! Not sure I want to shop at pnp after witnessing this behaviour.
