Employees not wearing masks properly

I went shopping today at Waterstone Village’s Pick a Pay, which closed for a few days in the beginning of the lockdown due to some employees that tested positive for covid-19. It seems that they do not have a corona virus protocol for their staff. Only the staff at the pay points wear their masks properly. More than half of the employees that were packing shelves wore their masks around their neck or only on their mouth and not their nose. I asked one of the employees whether he is not supposed to wear a mask. In reply, he pointed to his mask on his chin and said that he is wearing one. I saw an employee that seemed as if he was doing stock counting while he was busy biting his nails and counting products. Many businesses are closed because of too many corona cases. I see this behaviour of Pick a Pay as being selfish, while others cannot earn income. After this I went to Woolworths were everyone was working together to stop the virus from spreading, for instance everyone was wearing their masks properly. Please compile a protocol, educate your staff and work together with the rest of SA.
