Employees at Pick n Pay Clothing Rivonia Village unilaterally change trading Hours from 6pm to 5.55

The employees at Pick n Pay Clothing at Rivonia Village have unilaterally changed the Trading Hours from 6pm to 5.55 without the knowledge of Head Office. I arrived at 5.56 at the door and was RUDELY told that the shop doors close at 5.55. I was from work and was carrying my 3-year-old daughter and wanted to buy 1 item (a peppa *** shirt) for her school play the next day. I am extremely livid and intend on following up with head office to find out what they intend to do about this. This is no way to run a business. If a shop states that it closes at 6pm then I DO NOT expect it to close its doors 5,10 or 15 minutes earlier. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!
