Employee behavior

I went to pick n pay with my fiance on a quiet Sunday morning. A staff member from pick n pay took a picture of us and started circulating it on social media. I don't understand why I should be subjected from such behavior from a staff member and according to my understanding employees are not supposed to keep their phones with them while on duty.

Does this mean I should stop going into pick n pay shops because im scared of my pictures trending on people's phones without consent.

FYI...I have proof that it's a pick n pay employee that took the picture.
