Employed to chit chat

I was at the store Sunday around past 9:00 in the morning to get pap. 3 staff, (Sihle, Zizipho and can't recall third one) were chatting on about their weekend. I stood and waited to be served till I asked one employee who was walking by why was I not assisted. The lady finally drew their attention to me and I was irritated when Sihle(guy) said that was not his department to the two ladies. He intentionally spoke so that I could hear, worst part he was doing most of the talking. Zizipho stepped towards and didn't even attempt to apologise, she just kept quiet when I asked if their conversation was more important than customers and if they were hired for chit chat. I drove to the Shell Garage and got what I needed because the staff there prepare meals for clients. I was disturbed by the amount of detail to their conversation because parties are super spreader events and they were standing next to food discussing useless shenanigans they were up to in this pandemic next to food we buy. Sihle needs a serious case of cystitis experience training, he is unaware he's rudeness stinks and he may be under the illusion of makes him cool and custoners are impressed by such utter trash he speaks.
