Embarrassing your customers is not on!

This afternoon my mother visited the Pick n Pay at Musgrave Centre, Durban. On leaving the store, the machine beeped where then her entire packet was offloaded and checked by security only to find that a packet of (paid for) Disprin was the issue. She found the entire experience embarrassing as if she was indeed a ******** and found that it is important that she lets you know. Surely better systems should be in place to avoid this in future, as she was also told by some staff members that it's a continual issue.
