Embarrassing situation

I have never been so embarressed in my life as i was today when Donvan Singeur refused to sign my smoothie card at the PnP Claremont Kitchen cafe after a verbal war telling him during the past year i have been drinking the Strawberry Krush & getting my card signed and never had any problems including pointing to him to advertising in store promoting the ice smoothie. He claims the advertising is old & false and what he says matter. I left the store quite upset as i have never left a PnP store when management did not want to sort out the problem esp when the advertising pointing it out including ***ai i assume the regular manager informing the ladies that the ice krush smoothie must also be signed when someone was unsure previously what Donvan has done today is not the attitude or type of staff that should be working at PnP this could have been held with much more proffessionally.
