Embarrassing business economics

Pick n Pay, Gonubie, East London. Just a complete embarrassment! How this franchise is even still running is beyond me! The the whole two cashiers they have for such a massive store are lazy, unmotivated, unfriendly and lethargic. The supervisor is a total joke, he blatantly laughs in your face when you log a complaint and when reported to management nothing happens. Their stock is never consistent. they have not had energy drinks for three weeks now, no seeded rolls for over a month and the fruit/vegetable fridge is more often than not barren even after many reports/ complaints about empty shelves and fridges. It feels like I'm shopping in Zimbabwe!!! Pick n Pay should be embarrassed, the owner should really just close down because all they are achieving now is a bad reputation, did none of them take basic business economics at school?Please stop wasting your time and ours and close down, you're making yourself look like a fool. You must know it is terrible when I would rather drive 3km in peak hour traffic to spar before I shop from your store that is one street away. Stop being greedy and train your staff and your management to run a professional business!!! sies man
