Embarrassed and discriminated as a customer.

Good day I would like to complain about Pick 'n Pay at Doringkloof Mall. I was there to exchange an iron and three staff members were talking about me and the iron and in front of other customers, I was laughed at and looked up and down. I felt embarrassed and discriminated against as a customer. I am very upset and unhappy as a customer that they can embarrass a person like that, they suppose to treat any matter and customer with professionalism and I feel they made a joke out of me. Assistant manager apologised but I feel he won't talk to the staff members and also they apparently don't have head office number or email. I did email customer care, they did reply and said they want to take it further.
