ELTON DU PLOOY PAY BACK MY MONEY!

I have been waiting for 2 weeks to have my refund processed! The illiterate and insensitive call center agents at ASAP along with the rudest narcissist assistant manager ELTON DU PLOOY are equally as stupid as their "policies and procedures" this has been an absolute pain for me! I'm furious and plan on taking matters into my own hands which will not end well for the employees of these *******!!!
