Electronics device that is not working
am very disappointed with the service I have received at pick and pay in white river.we bought a microwave that is not working 100% sometimes it works and most of the time it's not working we took it back to the store and when they tested it with a bun for 30 seconds it worked then we took it back home but when we got there its not working we even took a video as proof that the microwave has a problem but the manage was not even interested in looking at the 10 minutes video we took. We send it back to the store again for assistance they said they need to test it. I mean there is a difference between testing a device and using it. That thing has a problem we cannot be driving 50km to pnp for fun. The store manager said there is something wrong with my electricity and there is nothing that can be done unfortunately. Why must we suffer for something that we bought with our own money.can I please get another microwave or my money back because am not going to take that microwave back if this thing is not resolved
