Elderly customers treated like DIRT at Pick 'n Pay Hyper in Ottery

Pick 'n Pay Hyper in Ottery you should be ashamed of your treatment of the elderly. Your security running the main entrance in particular require training in customer service. They treat the paying customers of your store like DIRT! I experienced it first hand yesterday with my parents who are almost 70 years old. They were spoken to in such a dismissive and down right RUDE manner I piped up in their defence and was threatened about my access to the store being revoked. Pre-Covid19 being a loyal Pick 'n Pay customer I would opt to drive pass other stores and only do my grocery shop with Pick 'n Pay. This behaviour was forced to change during lock down-I've had to go to the nearest store which is a Shoprite in Pelikan Park. I did not expect good service but they have surprised me and completely changed my opinion of the Shoprite brand especially the security staff. Their helpful and pleasent manner is welcomed during this difficult time we find ourselves in. In closing your security staff are failing your brand big time and this has resulted in my negative opinion of your branch. Ottery Hyper will never see me or my family's business again.
