After a long absence from P & P Hyper we popped in again this morning. It is such a pity that all the hard work Pick & Pay put in behind the scenes to bolster business, gets nullified by the attitude of the person at the till. Cashier Nomawabo Tokwe was so busy chatting with two colleagues that i eventually thought it might be better to move to another till. She then turned around after what felt like a long time grabbed 2 shopping bags wanting to scan it - I then told her that we don't need shopping bags as we brought our own? She then kept on chatting with her 2 colleagues whilst scanning our items. No greeting no smile nothing. I then asked her how much i need to pay whilst she was shouting for some stamps to be brought to her (for us) from somewhere. I told her that instead of getting stamps she could've just greeted us and show some customer respect.
