They don't even deserve one star! Their ASAP app is the worst of its kind. After more than an hour of back and forth, they have the audacity to tell me that I should work out the time wasted on the call and charges on my phone bill and send it to them for compensation. The nerve of this consultant. Then when I do give the total time spent on the call, not even my time wasted to mention, she puts me on hold again for 5min and tell me the manager is not there and she will get back to me! It's a ****en joke! I now need to change my whole lunch plan because of incompetence! Learnt a valuable lesson though...CheckersSixty is the best app!

19 Mar 2023, 17:13I have been waiting on the manager to call me since 11:50. She promised me compensation and still nothing. I ordered the cheese again for the second time, twice, and it is out of stock. This tells me that Pick n Pay does not have Cheddar cheese.
