****ed off!!!!!

on the 2December I bought a drill on the pnp ASAP app and when my product was delivered I saw it was a ***** driver instead of a drill, I called customer service after several times I finally got assisted and was told a driver would fetch the wrong product and will either bring the actual product that I purchased or reverse my money I then gave the wrong item to the driver and im still waiting on the drill???!!!
