****ed customer

I had a bad experience at PNP liquor Menlyn Maine today . After paying, I forgot to swipe my smart shopper card, I then said to Prudence Khumalo she forgot to ask me for smart shopper card. To my surprise she said to me it's not her job to ask for a smart shopper card. I was so ****ed after she said that me. I told her, her attitude stinks. That's not a good customer service. She rolled her eyes. I asked her name and the name of the manager on the floor. She told me and then with an attitude she said she works with a lot of customers like me. I then said to her I would like to withdraw R100 she left the till without even saying anything and went to the main PNP. I waited for her to come back , when she came back she asked me again what I wanted. I was so ****ed with her attitude. I told the manager what happened she said, she will speak to her. I hope she's going to do as she promised. I deserve an apology from this lady.
