eco boots bauer pan non stick

I bought eco boots bauer pan at pick & pay sometime last year as I normally buy my grocery there. the pan say its a non stick but the one that I have sticks so much is not even funny and I went to pick & pay to report this problem last year December and the manager told me that they will get me another one, I waited from last year till now nothing have happened coz I haven't got a new pan as promised.

they have sold me factory fault product eco boots bauer pan non stick . now I tried to call Baure for assistance but in not winning.
