Early delivery without signatory present

I have been very impressed with Pick n Pay Online Shopping over the last few occasions I have utilized them, until now. <br> <br> I had my groceries delivered to my flat, without authorized signatories present as a result of the delivery person arriving early. <br> <br> To make it worse, they substantiated their leaving of the goods without a signatory because they will no longer be available at the assigned time of 6pm. My big question is whose problem is that? As the paying client, I expect my wishes to be followed. <br> <br> The service on this occasion was also underhanded as it took advantage of my child's nanny, who is an aged lady. <br> <br> To make it worse, they left the goods outside of the locked door. Which renders them vulnerable to theft. I am deeply concerned with what happened and expect a lot more from an organisation such Pick n Pay.
