I went pour petrol at bp using my time bank card as smart shopper somehow they exhange my card what upsets me is that the point amounting to R200 were redeemed at Bp thes smart shopper belong to pick and pay but they can't trace the transaction where it happened on they know it BP and time question is that its within financial transactions how can they don't recod these transactions and also BP they have nothing to me this is not good its either they stop it also no pin nothing as the person who transacted with my card might have used a car that is ****** or ****** its so careless of the if you pay at pick and pay redeeming points you sign why not signing at BP i would like this to be investigated and be reimbursed and other secure means to be in place furthermore i can be reached.
