I placed an online shopping order for the 1st time and shocker was charged for products not received. I get pnp is in financial trouble but *********** customers is not the answer. This is the 2nd time being **********, 1st time was in store... you complain and nothing is done. Either refund me or deliver what was not received at no expense to me. I have lodged complaints on all your social media platforms, not holding my breathe for a response and sent emails.
