Dysfunctional Online Shopping Platform

Ordered items on Pick n Pay Clothing Online. After the transaction was completed and my credit card debited for the full amount the website indicated that the items were out of stock! I can't log into the support section of the website to report this issue or to get get my refund. What a dysfunctional and infuriating experience. I will never use the site again. Pick n Pay you need to reverse this debit from my credit card.
