DVD box empty

It was declined; so I asked the question-WHAT AMOUNT DO WE QUALIFY FOR? Apparently nobody in Std Bank can answer that simple question. For the 1st application they did an 'affordability assessment' which was way out. I can understand the information we sent through and what they have from the credit bueau might differ (estimations from our side-they will work with the credit bureau info; which is fine); but they have the information in front of them; I don't-can nobody make that calculation? <br> From what they told me the installment needs to be below 30% of our monthly surplus-fine;what would the installment need to be then? When I ask to speak to a credit controller or somebody who can help I am told sales doesn't have their numbers and they themselves can't help me. So who can?? I am basically told to just guess what amount to go for. And every application takes 7-10 working days.....<br> <br> Is it incompetence or is there really nobody in Std Bank that can help me??
